For me - Luffy VS Usopp. Usopp had manage to keep Luffy beaten, and tbh, if he wasn't so injured already, he had a high chance of doing a lot more damage to Luffy. >>

Luffy vs Crocodile. A very epic entrance, and the battle was over several areas, not just in one area.
