Classes?

Alright, I probably missed it. But, where is class leveling explained? I mean, everything else, even stuff we don't have yet, can get levels with training, fighting, even just talking. Classes don't get levels from anything, at least I cannot see any mention of it... anywhere?

Any help? Cuz being stuck in a level 1 medic will make me a pretty useless medic.

Rectified, but I have to update the 'other creations' section to clarify the scenario. I based the creations off the rules which I made as I went along with the character forms, so missing one thing off the rules meant I hadn't listed the skills as a creation area, but I felt I was missing something, hence 'other'.
